1. Overview

At Ghogxiregroz, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and receive a refund. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EEA and Norway)

If you are a consumer residing in Norway, the European Union, or the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This right is guaranteed under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

You may send this by email to office@ghogxiregroz.world or by post. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. If you fail to receive the required information about the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period may be extended to 12 months under the Cancellation Act.

3. Extended Return Period

In addition to the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, we offer an extended 30-day return period from the date of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. This extended period applies to all customers, regardless of location.

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • The product must be returned with all original tags, labels, and documentation
  • The return must be initiated within the applicable return period

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or partially used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Products with damaged or missing packaging
  • Products returned after the return period has expired

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at office@ghogxiregroz.world with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  3. Package the Product: Securely package the product in its original packaging
  4. Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions
  5. Keep Proof: Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number as proof of return

6. Return Shipping Costs

6.1 Within EU (Consumer Right of Withdrawal)

If you exercise your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

6.2 Extended Return Period

For returns made under our extended 30-day return period, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A defective or damaged product
  • An incorrect product being shipped
  • Any error on our part

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

7. Refund Process

7.1 Inspection

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to verify that it meets our return conditions. This inspection typically takes 3-5 business days.

7.2 Refund Approval

If your return is approved, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

7.3 Refund Amount

For approved returns, we will refund:

  • The full purchase price of the product
  • Original shipping costs (only if the return is due to our error or a defective product)

7.4 Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of return approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 5-10 business days.

8. Complaints and Defects (Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act)

Under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven), consumers have a two-year complaint right for defective products. This means you may complain about defects that appear within two years of delivery. We will remedy the defect by repair, replacement, price reduction, or cancellation as appropriate. This applies to consumers in Norway and is consistent with EU consumer rights.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at office@ghogxiregroz.world with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage or defect
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package
  • If the package cannot be found, we will either reship your order or provide a full refund

11. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

12. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used dietary supplements
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products that have been tampered with

13. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, you will need to follow the return process to receive a refund.
